Meet the owner
Owner
Los Angeles native, Lloyd has been perfecting his craft for more than 20 years. It all started when he was in high school offering free haircuts to friends and family out of his garage. His innate ability to work with different types of styles through accuracy and precision renders results that easily made him the go to barber. His passion for cutting hair is rooted in how his customers feel. Lloyd believes that every individual has their own unique style. To get to the core of their style, Lloyd knows how important it is to connect with his clients and listen to their story. As the owner, his mission at Dice is to create a look that will evoke who they are. Ultimately, helping to create the best version of themselves that always leaves them feeling brand new.
Master Barber
Family and community barber, Israel Castro has worked to continually hone and develop his craft for more than ten years. From neighborhood cuts to high end men’s grooming, he extends the same quality service and care to all his clients. As the owner of Master Barbers in Los Angeles, Israel and Lloyd have worked alongside one another and continue to do so in the next phase of their career. Israel is excited to continue his mission in providing exceptional barbering services and sharpening the next line of future Master Barbers here at Dice.

I’ve gotten more compliments on my previous 2 haircuts from here than I have any other place I’ve gotten my haircut, and I used to go to a salon and pay $65 for my cuts. I’m not someone who cares too much about the appearance but rather the experience as getting my haircut always makes me nervous. Lloyd is the best, and is very personable and does a great job, always updating you along the way and commenting on what he is doing. I would highly recommend Master Barbers to any guys looking for a good cut that is exactly what they are looking for.

This is by far the best barber shop I have had the privilege of being a patron of. The decor along with atmosphere is very welcoming and sophisticated. The professionalism of the barbers here is held at the highest level. Lloyd one of the master barbers cuts my hair and beard on a regular basis. He shows great attention to detail and is capable of cutting/grooming my hair and beard in any style that I feel for the time or season. The time management, witty banter, and overall convivial environment is what keeps me coming back.

Talk about a gentleman’s gentleman. These guys are awesome! I didn’t know what to expect for my first time. I really liked how easy it was to book online.
